You’re a great fit for this role If:
You are a people person. You are able to read the mood in the room and can adjust your communication style accordingly. You steer away from drama and foster a peaceful and harmonious environment. People love to be around you because you make them feel seen and appreciated. You light up the room, even when you are working under pressure.
You are highly perceptive. You don’t need someone to say something for you to know what they’re feeling. You’re naturally intuitive and can understand someone’s wishes through spoken language, body language, and other cues.
You are naturally thoughtful. You remember important details, ask about weekend plans, and joyfully communicate birthday wishes. People would describe you as warm and welcoming.
You pay extreme attention to detail. You notice something out of place, and it most likely bothers you. You won’t feel comfortable unless that thing is corrected. You will recognize when improvement is needed, and you proactively make recommendations on ways to improve things.
You embrace the not-so-glamorous. There is no task too big or too small. You aren’t afraid to calm down a tense situation or go out of your way to be nice to the most anxious or upset of people.
You go with the flow. We are a rapidly-growing company, and we all wear many hats. You can adapt, evolve, and pivot in ever-changing environments.
